Job Description

  • Manage the planning, execution, and completion of roads and infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet contractual requirements.
  • Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
  • Supervise site teams and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve high performance and efficiency.

Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of road construction, drainage, utilities, and related infrastructure works.
  • Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
