Job Description

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and

project timelines.

  • Coordinate with the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of work and address any site-related issues.
  • Monitor project progress, inspect completed works, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Review and validate work completion for payment approvals, ensuring accurate billing and documentation.
  • Maintain records of project status, material deliveries, and workforce performance.
  • Conduct regular site meetings with client to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, permits, and project guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the design and planning teams to resolve construction-related issues.
  • Report on project milestones, potential delays, and required corrective actions to management.
  • Ensure proper implementation of concrete structure design and verify that structural elements are executed as per the approved plans and

standards.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in construction site management and supervision.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Good knowledge of concrete structure design and its application in construction projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
