• Identifying, developing, and utilizing the talent pool to maximize productivity and quality of work.
• Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints.
• Visiting and inspecting building sites.
• Reporting on progress and challenges.
• Finding, employing, and managing contractors and sub-contractors.
• Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensuring that all materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time.
• Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to comply with health and safety standards.
• Managing project documentation and maintaining comprehensive project records.
