Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Guest Assistance: Provide a warm welcome to guests and assist them with any inquiries or requests.
  • Information Provision: Offer information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and activities, as well as local attractions, dining options, and entertainment.
  • Reservations and Bookings: Make reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services as requested by guests.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between guests and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Transportation Coordination: Arrange for transportation services such as taxis, car rentals, and airport transfers.
  • Special Requests: Handle special requests and personalized services, such as arranging for flowers, gifts, or special events.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of guest requests and services provided.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with guests to ensure their needs have been met and to provide any additional assistance.
