Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Concept Architect (UAE National) to join our client's team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and designs that align with the client’s vision and objectives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that architectural solutions meet project requirements, reflect cultural heritage, and incorporate sustainable design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting architectural designs, plans, and layouts using the design/architectural softwares, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and client specifications.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and monitor project progress.
- Participate in design reviews, providing insights and adjustments to ensure project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and architectural standards to contribute fresh ideas and solutions.
- Ensure that designs adhere to UAE regulations, zoning requirements, and sustainability standards.
Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent presentation and visualization skills.
- Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
