Cigna Healthcare in Dubai is seeking a diligent and professional Complaints Manager, exclusively for UAE Nationals. This pivotal role involves managing customer complaints, enhancing service quality, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Complaint Handling: Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.


  • Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all complaints are handled in accordance with relevant healthcare regulations and Cigna's policies.


  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on complaint trends and outcomes for management review.


  • Communication: Liaise with various departments to address and resolve complaints efficiently.


  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for service improvement and implement corrective actions.


  • Training: Provide training and guidance to staff on effective complaint handling procedures.


Qualifications and Skills
  • UAE National.


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.


  • Previous experience in a customer service or complaint handling role, preferably in the healthcare sector.


  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.


  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.


  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
