Job Description

As a Community Support Intern at Tamatem, you will play a key role in supporting our users and ensuring they have an excellent experience with our games. You’ll act as a bridge between our company and our players, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and fostering strong relationships with the gaming community.


You will:


  • Manage and respond to a variety of tickets, comments, and user inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Research and share insights about the gaming community and emerging trends in the Emirati market.
  • Resolve product or service issues by understanding users’ complaints and providing effective solutions.
  • Build trust and maintain positive relationships with users through open and interactive communication.
  • Investigate the root cause of problems and recommend the best course of action to resolve them, ensuring follow-up for resolution.
  • Offer logical advice on our games to potential users by using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Keep user databases updated through ongoing communication.
  • Prepare reports on user feedback by collecting and analyzing relevant information.
  • Document and manage user inquiries, referring them to the product team or management when necessary.
  • Monitor in-game chat and contribute to maintaining a positive gaming environment.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned.
