Key responsibilities:



Social Media Community Management



Represent our brands with authenticity and care, managing comments, mentions, and direct messages across multiple platforms using our social media management tool. Proactively enhance positive sentiment while swiftly addressing issues to prevent escalation. Lead efforts in reputation management, review monitoring, and scam detection, ensuring a trustworthy and professional online presence. Ignite meaningful conversations and support impactful campaigns that drive value.

App and Online Reviews



Monitor and respond to app reviews on Google Play and the App Store. Proactively manage reviews on platforms like TrustPilot to maintain strong ratings. Design and implement a streamlined strategy to generate and amplify positive reviews.

Reputation and Crisis Management



Monitor public mentions on forums, social platforms, and feedback sites. Address negative comments and implement strategies to improve brand perception. Encourage positive conversations on forums and social media to strengthen community trust. Identify and remove problematic profiles, fake websites, and fraudulent accounts that misuse our brand identity.

Community Building & Cross-Selling Campaigns



Craft strategies that spark meaningful conversations and engage high-value clients on platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp. Collaborate with sales and marketing to nurture customer journeys and maximise leads. Promote targeted product offerings to increase value and engagement. Support PR efforts with standardised responses for agency use.

Qualifications



All you need is...



Education and Experience



Background in marketing, communications, or customer service. Based in Dubai (preferred).

Technical Skills



Familiarity with liquidity platforms, institutional trading, and financial markets is a plus. Proficient in using online tools and platforms like Google Search, ChatGPT, chatbots, Emplifi, App Radar, and AI-based spam blockers. Experienced with a variety of social media platforms and online forums, with a strong understanding of how to leverage them effectively.

Soft Skills and Competencies



Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, clear messages. Additional language skills in Arabic or Russian are highly desirable. Proactive problem-solver who thrives on tackling complex challenges independently or in collaboration with teams. Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering meaningful impact. Proven ability to build and nurture online communities, spark engagement, and continuously innovate to drive growth.
