As a Communications and Public Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the public image of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective communication strategies that promote our mission and objectives. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute strategic communication plans to enhance the organization's reputation and public image.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
3. Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
4. Manage and update the organization's website and social media platforms.
5. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public sentiment and perception.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in communications or public relations.
2. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience in managing media relations and handling crisis communications.
5. Proficient in using social media platforms for communication and PR purposes.
