Your Day to Day
In a nutshell, as Commis III, you will assist with preparation of mis-en-place, basic food preparation, support the F&B Culinary preparation team in cooking and plating dishes, assist in setting up of food & equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
What We Need From You
This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about the culinary arts, eager to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
You'll report to the Chef De Partie and will play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.
The right fit for this role is someone who has basic kitchen knowledge. You should be passionate about people and hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ideally, you'll have a minimum one year in a similar role and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
