Your Day to Day


As our Commis II, you’ll jump right into the culinary action! You’ll support the Culinary team by setting up food and equipment and assisting with mise en place. Get ready to chop veggies, whip up sauces, and handle meats while working side by side with our talented Chef de Partie and kitchen crew. You’ll not only master high-quality cooking and food safety practices but also keep your station sparkling clean!


Plus, you’ll have a chance to add your flair to our seasonal menus—suggesting new recipes and putting exciting twists on classic dishes! Following HACCP principles is key, as you’ll help us maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. What We Need From You


Join us at IHG's first lifestyle-branded hotel in the Middle East! This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals ready to elevate their careers in a trendy environment. As a key player in our hotel’s success, you’ll report to the Sous Chef and support a dynamic kitchen team.


We’re looking for someone with kitchen experience, an energetic personality, and a passion for hospitality. If you love teamwork, stay cool at peak times, and are familiar with basic cooking techniques and HACCP, you could be our perfect fit! A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to grow your skills are essential. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are also a must. Ideally, you’ll have at least a year of experience in a similar role.
