Job Description


Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Commis II to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. You will work under the guidance of a Chef de Partie to help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Job Responsibility:
1. Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting.
2. Cook food items under the supervision of the Chef de Partie according to recipes and guidelines.
3. Help maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen area.
4. Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation standards.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Commis or in a similar role in a kitchen environment.
2. Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
4. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
6. Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.
