As a Commis 2, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operations inside of our restaurants, bars, banquets, in-hotel cafes, and to fulfill room service requests. You will work with your Team Members to deliver a high quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:
Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and/or as specified on guest check to ensure consistency of product to the guest. Visually inspect, select and use only food items ideal cooking, in preparation of all menu items. Check and control the proper storage of product, monitoring age and condition of all food items to rotate and maintain highest quality standards. Keep all refrigeration equipment, storage and working areas clean and clutter free, complying with Health department regulations. Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production. Perform tasks within a timely manner Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards expected by Hilton Provide support to the Kitchen brigade Meet all health and hygiene requirements
