POSITION SUMMARY
As the Commercial Specialist, your role will be to drive sales with the Food & Beverage Services customers driven by laser sharp focus behind out of home channels (Hotels, Restaurants, Petrol Stations, Catering, Airlines and Workplace). This will be achieved by ensuring new customer acquisition augmented by strengthening the weighted basket size enabled through retaining the existing customer base. A Day in the Life…
Responsible for organizing your own schedule, completing deadlines and making effective use of internal information and databases. Review the food service industry to identify key areas of growth and opportunities for improvement. Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers. Analyze the performance KPI’s throughout the year and reacts accordingly to achieve the year-end target. Engage with the distributor sales team/ Key accounts to develop new business opportunities.
What Will Make You Successful…
Experience within FMCG Industry an advantage Good attitude and passionate to learn something new Good analytical skills Hands on experience of sales function preferably Food & Beverage services environment an advantage Good communication skills (credible influencing & persuasion) UAE driving license is required UAE Family Book is required Fresh grads welcome to apply
