About the Role
We are looking for someone who can mentor and support sales professionals, improve processes, and enhance overall team performance. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that sales efforts are well-structured, effective, and aligned with business objectives. This role involves a mix of hands-on coaching, process optimisation, and collaboration with different departments to create a strong commercial strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work alongside sales teams to enhance their approach, refine techniques, and boost results.
- Design and lead structured training sessions, focusing on real-world sales scenarios and challenges.
- Identify areas for improvement and introduce strategies to help teams work more effectively.
- Support initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.
- Use data and insights to measure progress and fine-tune commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with different teams to create a structured approach to sales enablement and ongoing development.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in a commercial sales, sales training, or leadership role.
- A strong background in sales strategy, coaching, and team development.
- Experience helping sales professionals develop their skills and close deals more effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a natural talent for motivating people.
- A solutions-focused mindset, capable of spotting opportunities and implementing change.
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be beneficial.

- Formal training in sales coaching and enablement, such as Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP), Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, Sandler Sales Training, or Challenger Sales Certification.
- 10+ years of experience in a commercial sales, sales enablement, or sales training role.
- Strong sales process knowledge, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation techniques.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor sales teams, improving their effectiveness and closing rates.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Expertise in sales analytics and performance tracking, using data to improve commercial strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement structured training programs that align with business goals.
- Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise sales cycles, with a consultative approach.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging teams at all levels.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to improve sales effectiveness.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in developing sales playbooks, toolkits, and training resources.
- Strong background in value-based and solution selling techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and prioritise effectively.
- Experience with virtual and in-person training delivery, including modern e-learning tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a focus on scalability.
