We are seeking a dynamic & results-driven Commercial Manager to join this young Hospitality and F&B Consultancy and Design company establishing its 2nd international office based in Dubai.
As Commercial Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing commercial operations of the business, ensuring projects & contracts are managed efficiently within budget. You’ll drive the company's financial success by developing strategies to optimize revenue, manage costs, & build strong relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management within a similar environment, excellent negotiation skills, & the ability to lead teams & manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities will also include proposal creation & management, subcontractor management, design award management, CRM leverage & supervision, Risk Management, team leadership & market analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Proven experience in a commercial management role, preferably within Hospitality Design Industry in Dubai
Expertise in contract management, budgeting, & financial analysis.
Experience in handling CRM.
