Job Description
As Commercial Engagement and Empowerment Manager, you will drive strategic engagement initiatives across Emirates Commercial teams, empowering them and key stakeholders to maximise business growth, improve operational performance, and create a positive work environment. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and enablement of teams to excel in executing business goals.
In this role, you will:
Communication & Engagement
- Suggest and drive multi-channel methodologies for engaging Emirates Commercial teams to drive a collective Vision, Strategy, Commercial Culture and positive work environment.
- Suggest and drive engagement strategies to promote long-term, value-driven collaborations. In coordination with the wider commercial teams.
- Manage all commercial communication and events through annual scheduled plans to drive the commercial agenda.
- Deliver Chairmans Sales Awards with relevant stakeholders and ensure best of class engagement from the programme measurements, scoring and events.
Governance and Training
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to suggest adjustment to strategies as needed for optimised commercial outcomes.
- Play an active role in the commercial training governance group by partnering with commercial stakeholders, Internal Audit and Leadership and Talent to drive and monitor best practice, and to identify any training requirements to strengthen team capability and career progression.
Policies & Best practice
- Act as the liaison across commercial to gather insights from team members, ensuring their sentiments are heard and integrated into organisational decision making.
- Develop and manage empowerment sales tools and matrixes for commercial. This includes updates to the authorities manuals and processes.
- Set best practice standards and success criteria to drive best in class commercial practices and teams.
