Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and manage the pricing strategy for projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Oversee tendering processes, including preparation, submission, and negotiation of bids.
• Manage procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
• Collaborate with the finance and project management teams to ensure alignment on budgets and project forecasts.
• Establish strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients to negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 6-7 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on pricing, tendering, and procurement.
• Proven experience in managing commercial operations and leading teams.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth understanding of the construction industry and related regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant industry software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Professional certifications in procurement or project management.
