You will work closely with the Sales Director to complete various administrative functions, answer and direct incoming telephone calls, greet guests professionally and courteously in order to set a positive environment for the Vacation Counselors and update all data necessary for sales department.As a Commercial Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when answering incoming phone calls and taking messages Establish and maintain an organized filing system Communicate with other departments' sales administrative staff to ensure a smooth operation Assist in opening of the Sales Gallery Prepare all necessary monthly reports Communicate with other departments and assist as needed Prepare new data as needed Assist in creating documents for management team as needed Translate documents for management team Attend operations and company meetings as needed/directed Create and mail letters to various clients and vendors Prepare and control all necessary sales tools including documents and brochures for sales gallery Responsible for training newly hired sales support team members Support other sales support team members as needed Assist in supporting tasks at other sales galleries when needed Reception duties at Sales Gallery Responsible to keep correct gift inventory Other supporting job duties as assigned by managementHilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
