Job Description

For a Trading company dealing in HVAC items, we are looking to expand our commercial team with a very ambitious person supporting our commercial department (quotations, submittal, compliance statements, Processing orders, shipments, follow up with factory, preparing shipping documents etc) tasks on daily basis. It is your responsibility to make sure all supportive administrative tasks for the operational sales and procurement processes are executed on time and in a professional manner.


Roles & Responsibility



  • Preparing quotations based on specifications and BOQ
  • Preparing submittal, compliance statement and other technical details as per project requirement.
  • Liaising with clients for any technical clarification or comments
  • Supporting the sales team on technical queries
  • Preparing response to consultant comments
  • Liaising with factory for prices, drawings, technical issues etc
  • Processing Letter of Intents and orders against quotations, submittal, compliance statements and ensuring that orders are processed correctly.
  • Preparing and updating price list, cost list etc
  • Any administration work as assigned by management.
