Our client is
an international technology solutions provider delivery cutting edge solutions
to their clients.
We are
recruiting an experienced cognitive AI consultant to join their Abu Dhabi team.
Candidates
should have experience of conversational and generative AI solutions using LLM
and associated techniques.
Role
Summary
- Develop and
enhance conversational flows through codes that support clients’ needs using
the lo-code capabilities of the CAI platform such as Amelia, Omilia or Kore or
others.
- Develop
automated reusable tests during the development lifecycle for regression
testing.
- Identify NLU
routes and Intents, model entity usage for use in conversations where required using the tool sets provided in
the Conversational AI platform.
Mandatory
Skills & Experience
- 10 years’
experience in data analysis, AI analytics, or related roles with a minimum of 4 years’ experience within the context of conversational AI or natural language
processing.
- Proficiency in
data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, or related platforms
for analyzing and visualizing large datasets.
- Working
knowledge of Large Language Models, retrieval-augmented generation, generative
AI andmachine learning concepts, NLP
techniques, and AI model valuation metrics.
- Experience of
conversational AI platforms, chatbot frameworks, voice recognition
technologies, and customer interaction analytics tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology
Candidate
Profile
- Currently
living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to work in Abu Dhabi.
- Fluent in
English.
- Professional
appearance, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to articulate
complex data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
