Co-Founder – VC Backed Tech Startup (UAE)


We are working with a well-funded, VC-backed tech startup looking for a strategic Co-Founder to help drive its next phase of growth and innovation. The business is expanding its presence in the UAE and is seeking an entrepreneurial leader with a background in technology, operations, or commercial strategy to join as a key figure in shaping its future.


The ideal candidate is someone who has built and operated a tech business in the UAE for at least two years, understands the challenges of scaling, and is now looking for the right strategic partner to unlock new growth opportunities. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-capitalized environment with strong financial backing and the support of experienced investors.

  • Growth and scaling experience – Knowledge of business expansion strategies, partnerships, and operational efficiencies.
  • Fundraising & investment exposure – Previous interactions with investors, VCs, or financial institutions.
  • Tech industry experience – Background in any tech sector (SaaS, AI, fintech, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Problem-solving skills – Ability to navigate business challenges, including operational or financial constraints.
  • M&A or Exit Readiness – Understanding of business valuation, mergers, or acquisitions (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Commercial and business development expertise – Track record in driving sales, partnerships, or market expansion.
  • Regulatory and compliance awareness – Familiarity with UAE business structures, regulations, and licensing.
