About Us:We are a forward-thinking accounting startup on a mission to transform the accounting industry.Our journey begins in early 2025 with the launch of modern accounting services and an innovative umbrella company for contractors in the UAE. This is just the foundation of our vision.By late 2025, we aim to introduce a groundbreaking AI-powered accounting agent designed to automate up to 95% of manual accounting tasks for small businesses while streamlining critical processes for larger enterprises. Our company will serve as the testing ground for this advanced solution, ensuring its seamless integration and functionality before we bring it to market.After a successful rollout in the UAE, we plan to expand to the UK and US markets by early 2026, revolutionizing accounting practices on a global scale.Your Role:As a Co-Founder, you'll bring your extensive expertise in accounting to shape the direction of our company. You'll help establish our accounting services, oversee regulatory compliance, and ensure excellence in financial management.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of our accounting services department.Set up and optimize accounting operations and workflows.Collaborate on building and integrating AI-driven accounting solutions.Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations for accounting services companies.Educate and guide clients and team members, explaining complex accounting concepts in simple terms.Role Location:Anywhere in the UAE, we are based in Dubai, but the office location is not yet decided on.What’s in it for You:Co-founder equity and a partner role in a cutting-edge startup.Paid part-time role in the first several months while budgeting and planning are ongoing.Opportunity to shape the future of accounting with AI and modern solutions.
