Key Responsibilities Include: 


  • Learn and understand telecommunication Technology landscape, including Digital channels, Business support applications and Network technologies.


  • Gain exposure to 5G, IoT, and emerging telecom trends through research and practical tasks.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, data analysts, and customer care professionals.


  • Support the customer experience team by understanding common technical issues and solutions.


  • Analyze customer data and service usage trends to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and retention.


  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with marketing, sales, network operations, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.


  • Learn programing skills, modern frameworks, and design thinking to build portions of applications that solve our client’s business and IT challenges.


  • Understand business requirements to translate them into technical requirements that the system analysts and other technical team members can drive into the project design and delivery.

  • Hands-on experience in business analysis and customer experience strategies within the telecom sector.


  • Understanding of how technological advancements like 5G, AI and IoT impacts the Telecom industry


  • Development of analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills tailored to the telecom industry.


  • Engage your curiosity to change the way people experience interactions with technology, each other and with companies.


  • Display your collaborative spirit while connecting with team members to help solve complex business needs.


What are we looking for:


The following qualification(s) are required / preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role:


  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Information Technology, Software Engineering….


  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, capable of applying quantitative methods and approaches


  • Basic understanding of telecom technologies.


  • Self-motivation, proactiveness and openness to changes.


  • Ability to make things happen and to keep deadlines.


  • Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.


  • Effective communication and presentation skills. 


  • Related certifications would be a plus.


  • Excellent spoken and written command of English allowing you to collaborate in the international Accenture environment.
