Your Opportunity
We are looking for a CMMS Coordinator in Abu Dhabi, UAE who will be responsible for the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system’s implementation, training of users and providing support at the facility. The holder of the position will provide cohesive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) administration services that promotes the timely delivery of operations, cost recovery, supporting all designated internal/external contacts, communicating and providing executive admin support to the site management team.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, ability to work without supervision, has good decision making, delivery focused individual with the ability to work in a self-sufficient manne, had the ability to build strong working relationships and customer focused with a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.
The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.
Key Accountabilities
Implementation of CAFM system that is capable to the overall Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOM).
KPI reporting and Escalation configuration management.
Ensure data upload into the CAFM system as and when required.
Agree with the client the information to be contained in the system and types of reports to be generated.
User profile and Access rights management.
Create new reports as and when required by the operations and client.
Creating new procedures and adapting the CAFM system based on Client’s need.
Regular consultation with the operations and client on stakeholder relationship management.
Carry out user training for new users.
Troubleshoot handheld devices as first responder.
Coordinate issues with devices & applications with IT Department.
In conjunction the CAFM Support team and client IT department, oversee and take responsibility for CAFM system implementation, Maintenance and Support.
Ensure stores management is linked into the CAFM system.
Manage day-to-day operation of the CAFM system.
Maintaining Asset and Preventive PM as well as importing new assets and PPM schedules into the system.
Health checks and Sanity checks on the regular interval to ensure the system has the updated user profiles and access rights.
Documentation management on the CAFM administration.
Disaster recovery and Business Continuity management.
Coordinate updates/maintenance of the CMMS software with IT Department.
Coordinate with Maintenance Managers for system process improvement.
Integrate and communicate effectively with the FOM as required to record services works.
Maintain good and harmonious relationships within the team and client and respond to any complaints promptly.
Ensure personnel issues and attendance records of their team are dealt with in an appropriate manner as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with the company Integrated Management System relevant to the position.
Provide technical support to other staff for the implementation of complex systems or new projects;
Conduct performance reviews, disciplinary and grievance meetings to direct reports as required.
Carry out 24-hour on-call responsibility for incidents and emergency within the department.
Specific Requirements
Two (2) years plus experience of any CAFM implementation.
Previous experience in a Facilities Management, particularly in a healthcare environment is essential.
Supervisory experience would be ideal.
Degree holder in an IT related qualification would be ideal
Good understanding of CAFM Workflow.
Knowledge of administration processes
