Your Role The Cluster Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Sourcing Strategies aligned with our Global Category guidelines. This role ensures efficient and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services while driving compliance, quality, and sustainability across the supply chain. The Cluster Sourcing Manager will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to localize global strategies, achieve procurement excellence, and support organizational objectives. Additionally, this role will collaborate with business development to deliver competitive pricing and efficient project implementation for new business opportunities and renewals. Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement – Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with global procurement goals.
- Supplier Management – Negotiate favorable terms, onboard new suppliers, and enhance supplier performance.
- Market & Data Analysis – Evaluate market trends, supplier landscapes, and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Contract Management – Ensure smooth procurement execution for new and existing contracts, resolving issues and optimizing P2P processes.
- Compliance & Risk Management – Maintain supplier compliance with regulatory and company standards while ensuring financial stability.
- Process Improvement & Performance Monitoring – Conduct gap analyses, implement improvement plans, and ensure adherence to category strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain procurement records, facilitate audits, and provide updates to stakeholders on sourcing progress and challenges.
- Business Support & Collaboration – Work closely with Business Development & Solutions teams to develop pricing models and support new business proposals
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in a strategic sourcing or procurement position within the logistics industry.
- Strong ability to negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with global procurement, business users, and cross-functional teams.
- A result-oriented self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
