Job Purpose
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for individual and group sales within the local & global corporate and TMCs. Achieve individual target by soliciting business for the hotel, account management, RFP acquisitions, finalizing group contracts, actively seeking new clients for the hotel and maintaining relationships with existing clients to retain business.
- Achieve individual set targets.
- Ability to solicit and service corporate accounts
- Consistently make sales calls both local and global for new business and existing accounts.
- Increase Global accounts , increase RFPs via strengthening relationship with global TMCs.
- Maintain long-term business relationships
- RFP acquisitions and timely business case submissions
- Maintain effective involvement with key community organizations
- Know the principle competition for this segment and leverage hotel's relative strengths against them.
- Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by Management
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
- Dubai experience
- Sales Manager with minimum 3 years working experience and clear understanding of respective market
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual goals
- Understand the overall dynamics of corporate market
