We are looking for a Cluster Director of Digital Marketing to join the Banyan Tree & Delano team, to lead the Digital Marketing in the cluster.
The Director Digital Marketing will work closely with the Director of Marketing and revenue teams to develop commercial but creative, innovative marketing strategies and collaborate with the team to bring our stories to life in the right channels at the right time. They will also have their finger on the pulse in terms of consumer insights and behaviour, be adventurous thinkers with clever ideas and come with a network of cultural connections to create inspiring, fun and meaningful brand partnerships.
Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, the role is perfect for someone that wants to challenge the tried and tested formulas of hospitality and offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects – from creating exciting commercial packages to spearheading brand statement events, finding ways to innovate our guest experiences to building strong communities of Hox Friends and brand partners
