We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Assistant Director of Sales – Leisure to drive revenue growth and expand our leisure market. This role will focus on developing strategic sales initiatives, fostering key client relationships, and ensuring the continued success of our leisure segment across multiple properties.


A little taste of your day-to-day:


Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from leisure segments across cluster properties.
  • Identify and establish strong relationships with key leisure travel partners, tour operators, and travel agencies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the revenue and marketing teams to develop promotions and packages tailored to the leisure market.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Represent the hotel at key industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences that align with sales commitments.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with key online travel agencies (OTAs) and digital platforms to enhance sales reach.
  • Analyze guest feedback and booking patterns to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue potential.

What we need from you:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the luxury hospitality industry, with a focus on leisure sales.
  • Strong network of travel trade partners and a proven track record of success in securing business from key leisure markets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and GCC tourism market is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, or German are an advantage.
