Job Description
1. Cloud Infrastructure Management:• Manage public cloud resources including servers, networks,
databases, and container clusters.• Ensure optimal performance and security of cloud-based
infrastructure.2. Application Stability:• Monitor and maintain the stability of our connected
vehicle platform applications.• Implement measures to ensure high availability and fault
tolerance.3. Daily Maintenance:• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates,
issue resolution, emergency response, and technical support.• Document and report on all maintenance activities and
incidents.4. Process Improvement:• Contribute to the development and refinement of
operational workflows and best practices.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance
operational efficiency and service quality.5. Incident Management:• Respond promptly to system outages or performance issues.• Conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective
actions to prevent recurrence.6. Technical Support:• Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal
teams and stakeholders.• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and
