Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB



Monitor the quality and compliance of clinical documentation and coding regulations to prevent risk for the company

REQUIRED EDUCATION



Bachelor’s degree in medicine/ nursing Certified Clinical Coder / Auditor Coding Certification from AAPC or AHIMA

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE



3 years DRG coding experience in a hospital environment Experience managing or leading a team

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
