Clinic Manager

Symmetry is a network of medical centers specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of spine, joint, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our mission is to restore every patient’s full life, free from pain.

We are currently looking for a Clinic Manager to oversee and drive the successful launch of our clinic in Dubai. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for managing all aspects of the clinic's operations, marketing, sales, partnerships, and growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be a driven and experienced professional with a strong understanding of the UAE market and a passion for healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful launch of the Symmetry clinic in Dubai, ensuring smooth operations from day one.
• Manage and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
• Oversee sales operations and build strong relationships with external partners.
• Develop and implement clinic growth strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Set and track key performance metrics to ensure success and continuous improvement.
• Build and manage the clinic team, ensuring a high level of performance and collaboration.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align on business goals and strategic direction.
• Be accountable for achieving overall clinic results, including patient satisfaction, financial targets, and operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the UAE market, particularly in Dubai, and understanding of local business practices.
• Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being a plus.
• A solid understanding of the medical industry, especially healthcare operations and services in the UAE.
• Proven experience in managing and launching clinics or healthcare centers, preferably within the medical field.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to set and track performance metrics.
