1. Answering leads that enter through LiveChat, setting the expectation as to when they will get a response from the Company Formation Specialists and Corporate Service Specialist.
2. Answering inbound calls (Virtuzone and NGE sales line, Virtulink and office phone lines) to address concerns. Relaying to the concerned person(s) in the appropriate department if needed.
3. Executing outbound calls for Virtuzone and NGE: calling back leads within 5 minutes after receiving the query via email/message/other medium.
4. Managing Virtuzone, NGE and ExpressPRO whatsapp messages
5. Contacting potential or existing clients to inform them about a product or service
6. Qualifying leads from different channels for Virtuzone and NGE
7. Nurturing Leads for Virtuzone, Corporate Services and NGE
8. Assigning leads and queries to concerned individuals such as CFS, CSS, RM, Immigration Executive and VirtuAccounts
9. Interacting with Salesforce to ensure leads answered all required questionnaires
10. Posting chatters to the relevant individuals for follow up and complaints
11. Qualifying leads dedicated to company formation, corporate services and virtuaccounts
12. Cold calling a list from a lists of event attendees
13. Processing and operating Virtulink
14. Processing Mail Management activation
15. Special project execution i.e customer surveys, data entry, data cleaning, file upload.
• Strong desire for self-improvement,
• Critical thinking with the ability to identify issues and implement changes that will result in company savings in both time, man power and finances.
• Experience with SalesForce is preferable
