The Client Servicing Digital
Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and supporting the
execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role ensures smooth
communication between clients and internal teams, helping clients achieve their
digital goals through effective campaign management, reporting, and
optimization.
- Client Relationship Management:Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries, managing expectations, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Campaign Execution:Collaborate with internal teams to deliver and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Reporting & Analysis:Provide clients with regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improving campaign results.
- Project Coordination:Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal communication to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Client Retention & Upselling:Identify opportunities to expand services and support client growth.
Requirements- Sales, Account Management, and Business Development skill.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with digital advertising and marketing
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of ML-driven ad platforms and customer engagement strategies
- 1-3 years in digital marketing or client servicing.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM/project management tools.
