Retention of existing business and developing the accounts Client engagement at all levels Client set up – SOP preparation, setting KPI’s. Reviewing service performance based on agreed KPI’s. Client feedback and complaint resolution Day to day coordination with clients, network offices & operations Engage with clients all the time. Retention of existing business. Review current business vs client potential.
