What You Will Be Doing

As an Elite Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth clientele. You will be responsible for managing the entire client journey, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless service delivery, minimize operational risks, and contribute to business growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Client Onboarding: Efficiently onboard new high-net-worth clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing elite clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Operational Excellence: Minimize operational risks by adhering to strict compliance standards and optimizing processes.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the execution of sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Implement effective strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and bank policies.
  • System Proficiency: Develop a deep understanding of the bank's systems, including IBPS, RAKNET, and Finacle.
