Client Service Executive - UAE



As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will contribute to client service operations and projects. You will be supporting the Client Services Project Manager in implementing CS strategies and policies in the boutiques, briefing boutique teams on CS updates, managing tools, and coordinating with call center and technical partners. You will also be supporting in the implementation of new CS procedures in the boutiques and maintaining/improving existing service offers.
You will be assisting in CS projects, collaborating with teams, and enhancing processes for better client service.
You will be able to create spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint, having SAP experience will be preferred as well as experience in watchmaking and jewelry. You will enjoy creating unique experience, thrive on achieving challenging targets, be curious and passionate, you will put emphasis on collaboration in a team, have good interpersonal skills, empathy and confidence.
You will also have knowledge about watchmaking and jewelry techniques, and a drive for continuous learning.
