As a Client Service Advisor (CSA), you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and needs while delivering the exceptional CHANEL experience across all channels. Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, independently handling cases with a focus on quality, trust, and empathy.
  • Build long-term client relationships by exceeding service expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of CHANEL products and services to address inquiries effectively.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, collaborating with Senior Client Service Advisors when needed by answering client queries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
  • Strengthen partnerships with boutiques to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Support clients with navigation, troubleshooting, and personalized assistance.
  • Facilitate clear handovers and escalate cases to appropriate teams, providing valuable insights.
