Client Relationship Manager (Dubai)

The primary focus of this position is to manage and grow a portfolio of key multinational client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and addressing client needs, resolving issues, and driving contract renewals. We will rely on you to:



- Manage a portfolio of 20-25 multinational client accounts, primarily in the UAE and wider Middle East region
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Understand client business objectives and challenges, and provide strategic solutions
- Effectively communicate and present information to clients, both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
- Contribute to the development of client account plans and growth strategies
- Ensure timely contract renewals and identify opportunities for additional business

What you need to have:



- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior client relationship management role, preferably within a multinational or professional services environment
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving client satisfaction and retention
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
- Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred
