We are seeking a ClientPartner, who builds relationships with senior decision makers beyond Insights (Brand, Marketing, Strategy, CX, Product and Innovation) through trusted advice on strategic business issues and embedding Kantar Insights within clients’ organisations, to grow overall client revenue

Know Your Specialism
Is genuinely curious about client priorities. Becoming knowledgeable about their industry and business, uncovering their current and future needs
Using deep client knowledge about what clients need to help develop future offers
Blending our expertise and capabilities to bring our very best to clients
Proactive on all fronts – opening new conversations with clients; making recommendations and connecting expertise; guiding our domains and practice on what is needed to achieve growth with your clients
Leverages deep Kantar knowledge to take the best of Kantar Insights to address specific client’s needs (Existing depth of knowledge about the breadth of our offer is not essential, but appetite to familiarise with it and link to client needs is)
Client Leadership
Owns & leads commercial client development on a selection of growth clients
Portfolio of 5 - 8 clients, reflective of time investment required to realise the strategic intent
Builds long-term trusted client partnerships, with most senior client contacts, beyond Marketing & Insights with on-site presence where necessary
Ability to navigate the client network and not get locked behind gatekeepers
Unlocks growth from new & multiple budget holders within the client organisation – is Domain & Kantar agnostic
Partners to drive impact in client’s organisation, from Kantar’s collective power, to address business issues & transformation needs
Commercial Leadership
Drives commercial opportunity for Kantar Insights across the client organisation, primarily Middle East.
Builds Strategic Account Plan for targeted clients
Manages an active pipeline, uncovering opportunities to cross-sell, scale & make warm leaps
Co-ordinates & supports the cross-team commercial activity, through the relevant domain Client Leads
Balance of persistence and patience, judging each client engagement and ensuring we’re striking the right balance to achieve our goals
Portfolio of clients expected to rotate based on where opportunity exists, ability to evaluate and prioritise best time investments is critical
Thorough understanding of the client network, buying points, tender schedule, and our competitor context
Fast to activate marketing and thought leadership, and guide marketing to further meet the interests of clients
Collaborate across borders (KSA and UAE)
People Leadership
A role model for driving change and transformation; influences others to create a relentless pursuit of client growth
Rallies a cohort of cross domain Client Leads to ensure collaboration and a cohesive overall client growth strategy
Connects with Domain Client Leads where necessary
Key requirements
Currently working as a Client Development Director or Senior Account Manager
Understands insights industry
Is used to working in a matrix environment
