Responsibilities for Internal Candidates


We are seeking a Client Advisor with an entrepreneurial mind and a passion for delivering exceptional clienteling experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of strategic thinking, be driven to exceed sales targets, and show resilience in meeting the challenges of a dynamic retail environment.


Client Advisors hold the critical position of embodying the Tiffany brand in every client interaction using the Tiffany touch; their own flair for making each client’s experience extraordinary. The Client Advisor is an excellent communicator and brand ambassador. His or her passion for Tiffany is conveyed in every conversation and an entrepreneurial spirit is prevalent in the make-up of every Client Advisor. Developing client relationships and exceeding sales plan is first and foremost in the Tiffany Client Advisor’s skill set. The love of building his/her own business by developing client relationships and exceeding sales plan is first and foremost in the Tiffany Client Advisor’s skill set. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide personalized, high-level clienteling with a focus on building long-term relationships and offering tailored solutions.
  • Leverage your great knowledge of jewelry and gemstones to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Demonstrate autonomy in managing daily sales activities, inventory, and client interactions with minimal supervision.
  • Employ etiquette and professionalism in all client communications and interactions, representing the brand’s luxury image.
  • Utilize strategic thinking to identify business opportunities, drive sales, and contribute to the growth of the store.
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in high-end sales, particularly in jewelry or luxury goods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a deep understanding of client needs.
  • A driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A refined understanding of etiquette and professionalism in client interactions.
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive under pressure.
  • Fluent Russian speaker
