Responsibilities
Grow & nurture existing small and medium business advertisers on X to extract their maximum advertising potential.
Consistently deliver against sales targets while delivering outstanding customer sales experience to X advertisers.
Communicate with customers both proactively and reactively, via phone and email.
Provide strategic advice and help our advertisers get the best ROI on their advertising investment by working closely in a consultative role with customers.
Drive quality and efficiency in everything you do through identifying areas for improvement on an ongoing basis
Provide SMB sales leadership with feedback around customer needs and challenges to influence issue prioritization and road map
Requirements
Must have business fluency in English & Arabic as you will be working closely with Saudi Arabia clients.
Minimum 5 years experience in sales acquisitions/telesales and support and/or account management. Cold calling experience is a plus.
BA/BS degree
Proven track record of beating sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Positive attitude with a drive to learn.
Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with online communication tools
Exceptionally resourceful; fearless in mining available knowledge bases to find answers

Experience working in a customer/client-facing environment
Experience with online advertising, analytics and social media.
Ability to work with multiple verticals is a must.
Proven capabilities of working with multiple cross functions, especially marketing.
