Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established insurance provider in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Officer to manage and resolve complaints related to insurance claims. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating disputes, communicating with policyholders, and ensuring fair claim resolutions while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Review and analyze customer complaints related to claim denials, delays, or disputes.
- Gather and verify relevant documents, assess claim validity, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Professionally address policyholder concerns, explain claim decisions, and provide resolutions or alternatives.
- Negotiate settlements within company guidelines and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Ensure all resolutions comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Identify common complaint trends and work with internal teams to enhance claims processes and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of complaints, resolutions, and escalations for audit and compliance purposes
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims handling, insurance, or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and resolve disputes effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Familiarity with insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive customer interactions professionally.
