Hyssna Intl Interiors Design LLC URGENTLY needs for 1 Project Engineer with strong project management skills to join team.
The Project Engineer will be responsible in managing the following areas:
- Creating technical work programs and schedules that meet deadlines.
- Supervising fit-out team members
- Preparing & Assisting submissions
Drawing plans & designs
Estimates and material costs
Work permits & Authority Submissions &
Technical Reports
Close Out Documents
- Complying Quality Assurance
- Observing health and safety standards
- Compiling reports for different stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Superb work ethic
- Can work under pressure.
- Must be able to work alongside various professionals
Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement of fit out project
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
- Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
Skills
Project Engineer Requirements:
▪ Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
▪ Engineering License is a plus
▪ Valid driver's license is a plus
▪ 2-5 years UAE Fit-Out Experience
▪ Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
▪ Great leadership and organizational skills.
▪ Superb project management skills.
▪ Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
▪ Great written and verbal communication skills
Salary Package
- AED 4,000 and above
