Skills and requirements:
· BS in Civil Engineer
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Construction of residential, commercial buildings and private villas
· Advanced MS office skills
· Advanced in AUTOCAD
· Approved from RAK municipality
· Approved with Barjeel system from municipality
· Preferably Filipino & Indian Nationals
Responsibilities:
· Oversees all aspect of the assigned project ensuring work is completed efficiently with no error and negative impact in timeline of the project.
· Provide feedback for all teams members and facilities communications throughout the project lifecycle.
· Ensuring everything goes according to the plan during the implementation.
· Have good idea of project management and good time management to meet the critical deadline.
