CIVIL PLANNING ENGINEER (IMMEDIATE)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Civil Planning Engineer with experience in large scale projects to join our dynamic team based in Abu Dhabi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project schedules and plans for airport construction projects, ensuring all activities are properly sequenced and integrated.Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6), ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
• Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve any planning issues.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any deviations from the plan and proposing corrective actions.
• Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project schedule and develop mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and planning documents.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to provide updates on project status and address any planning-related queries or concerns.
• Compliance: Ensure all planning activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Must be immediately available to join and work in the UAE.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Planning Engineer, with a focus on airport construction projects.
• Proven experience working with main contractors on large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and airport project requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
