Position: Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise civil construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other teams to manage day-to-day site activities.
  • Monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and address technical issues promptly.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment.



Skills

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering for supervisors.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in civil construction or site supervision.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
