Job Description

We are hiring a professional Civil Engineer with extensive experience in high-rise building construction. The candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of all structural and civil works, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor site operations, structural works, and construction progress.


  • Manage quality control and ensure compliance with design specs and drawings.


  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and subcontractors.


  • Conduct structural inspections, review work progress, and resolve issues.


  • Prepare and maintain site documentation including progress reports and material logs.


  • Supervise concrete works, formwork, rebar, and finishing activities.


  • Participate in technical meetings and implement design modifications.


  • Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.


  • Assist in procurement of materials and site planning.


  • Oversee implementation of safety protocols on site.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.


  • 5+ years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.


  • Solid knowledge of local codes, structural systems, and construction practices.


  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and reporting skills.


  • Familiarity with software like AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project.
