Job Description
We are seeking young, motivated Civil Engineers eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to work across various locations in the Middle East. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations. Prepare, review, and coordinate technical documentation, shop drawings, and material submittals. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and audits to ensure adherence to project standards. Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution. Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges in a proactive manner. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry best practices. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to support project progress and objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of construction experience, with involvement in diverse projects such as buildings, infrastructure, roads, bridges, tunnels, and marine works. Preference for candidates with experience in Technical Office, Site Execution, or Quality Control. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Flexible and willing to be assigned anywhere in the Middle East. Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager for career development.
