Civil Engineer

We are seeking young, motivated Civil Engineers eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to work across various locations in the Middle East. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate technical documentation, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and audits to ensure adherence to project standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges in a proactive manner.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to support project progress and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of construction experience, with involvement in diverse projects such as buildings, infrastructure, roads, bridges, tunnels, and marine works. 
• Preference for candidates with experience in Technical Office, Site Execution, or Quality Control.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexible and willing to be assigned anywhere in the Middle East.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager for career development.
